In 2019, Fragrand Aromas Ltd renewed "Supplier Code of Conduct" intended for our own teams and our suppliers, Going beyond compliance to applicable regulations in China, the code of the conduct commits our suppliers to the following:

In order to further deepen our expertise in natural products and have access to the best sources of natural raw materials, Fragrand Aromas together with our partner factory had developed an integrated approach to sourcing this raw material, called "Point to Point Flowers Map.”

Our “Point to Point Flowers map” involves 3 sourcing approaches:

   1. Directly collect from Co-operative flowers plantations
   2. Collect from Farmers and local flowers collectors
   3. Colleting directly from local flowers market
Those strategies, makes us possible to secure supplies,strengthen the traceability and safety of raw materials,and more effectively deploy sustainable development actions for sourcing.

Fragrand Aromas also focus on the way we source raw materials to provide our clients with one stop purchasing services for cutting costs. We had built long-term relationships with the local farmers, oil brokers and some reliable factories, providing a wide variety and diversity to enrich the creative palette of our clients, for some cases we also sourcing unique raw materials in a sustainable and ethical way throughout the main production areas in our China to produce with our CO2 and other extraction and distillation equipments.

OUR CASSIA PLANTATION WITH SUSTAINABLE ADMINISTRATION

Cassia trees are the forest resources and we are always thinking to carry out the sustainability principles into our company and culture.

For over 20 years, our factory had been researching and choosing the suitable species of Cassia trees and breeding the choosed seeds to grow in different area, some cassia species have high content of Cinnmaldehyde and Coumarin, some are lower content of Cinnamyl Acetate and OMCA. According to different clients' requirement for the derivatives, we work hand- in-hand with our farmers to established different plantations that the oil have different quality.

Working together, we are commitment to transparency, environmental responsibility, sustainable cassia forest growing, fair and safe working conditions, human rights, and relationships with farmers and local communities.

With our plantations' building with the farmers helps us to sustain our supply chains in the long term and also based on the balancing of their respective interests, trust and reciprocal commitments.

Using of pesticides during the growth of Cassia trees has become one of the most alarming challenges when pursuing sustainable development, and also a great risk forthe distilled cassia oil that used in the Flavors and food industries.

For the Cassia plantations protection we created a unique way: Raising Vespidea in the Cassia forests. Every area of 5kms-10kms we'll be raise a swarm of Vespidea, those bees eat all the pest in the Cassia trees.

In the past years,we successfully controlled the pest in the cassia forests through this unique system without the use of any chemical pesticides and fertilizers, under the strict supervision of specialists with the required international standards, guaranteeing delivering our clients' high-quality safety raw materials and consistent attributes.

The hallmark of us has been an unwavering commitment to the quality. 

For past years, we had been spent much of time for the system of high quality raw materials continuity, the raw materials we harvested in our own different plantations with different cassia species will be recorded and established traceable raw materials collecting and oil processing  information to secure the sustainable supply of these ingredients and we are able to consistently deliver consistence  superior Cassia Oil.

For the raw materials that collected from other area, we always demand our vendors must complete our qualification program to ensure that we're dealing with sources that have the same standards as us. We validate each purchased raw materials by testing multiple constituents with GC-MS equipment.
